Past life regression will help tap into your past lives and gain a deep understanding of lessons, karma etc that you have carried over into this life and how to integrate the energy. This leads to a greater understanding of self and your soul's purpose. During the session, you will be placed into a deep meditative state allowing you and Jack to access any blocked memories from this life along with diving into past life memories. This will allow you to uncover any blocks that have hindered your journey allowing you to progress and heal more effectively and prevent repeating lessons in your next life. Examples of blocks carried over from a past life ... - Unhealthy relationship dynamics - Unhealthy eating habits - Negative self talk - Fearful of change & feeling a need to control events or people in your life The session can be 90 min- 2 hours long and include reiki healing as well.
