You inner child represents needs that were not met during childhood and/or in a past life. 

The focus of this session is to support you in connecting with your inner child through guided meditation, to support healing your trauma thru reiki (energy healing) & clearing blocks/resistance to you embracing who you truly are!

This healing session is for those who ...

- Have experienced trauma/abuse in childhood

- Grew up in an unstable home

- Have difficulty going with the flow & wanting to control outcomes

- Have difficulty relaxing and allowing yourself to have fun & connect with others

- Experience low self-worth

- Have a history or are experiencing digestive issues/poor gut health

- Guided meditation connecting you to your inner child

- Reiki (energy healing) to improve your confidence, self worth, motivation & connection with your purpose

- Healing sound bath (396hz + 528hz Solfeggio frequencies) 

What Should You Bring ...

- Large bottle of water

- Journal + pen to write down any messages that come up

- Crystals you feel called to have with you (recommended: yellow calcite, carnelian, black moonstone)
