Get To Know Your Spirit Guides - Pop Up Class

This pop up class will help you ground your energy, get introduced to your spirit guides & learn how to strengthen the connection through tips and strategies you can use at home.  

You will also learn how to discern what is your ego vs intuition leading to increased self trust, confidence & embracing the fact that you are always divinely guided!  

CLASS SCHEDULE:  

- Reiki Session to clear blocks in your third eye chakra to enhance your ability to connect with your guides & ground your energy releasing any anxiety or stress 

- Guided Meditation to walk you through the process of meeting your guides and receiving medsages you're meant to receive in the now moment 

- Tools to take home to incorporate into your own spiritual practice to integrate what you learned during the class

HOW TO PREP FOR CLASS:

- Fast. It is easier to connect with your guides when you are fasted aka haven't eaten anything (water, tea & black coffee are fine). When you eat food, you are ingesting energies from other people, animals etc which can disrupt messages being received

- Bring any crystals you feel called to use. Set an intention that the crystals you're meant to have with you during class will immediately call to you. Whatever crystals you're drawn to are the ones you should bring

- Have water readily available. Channelling your guides takes alot of energy and your body will need to be hydrated during the class

- Set an intention that you will receive the guidance meant for you along with establishing a strong relationship with your guides. Your connection will only be as strong as your intention behind it.
